7:30 am Meet in Post Canteen for coffee, hot Chocolate and doughnuts.8:00 am Head out to put up flags in cemeteries (New & Old Holy Cross).9:30 am Approximate return from cemeteries. Put up flags around the Post.1:00 - 4:00 pm Food Prep - volunteers needed2:00 pm Approximate time the Canteen will open.3:00 pm Start grilling meats - help is appreciated3:30 pm Meet at Post early, then head out to cemeteries to take down flags.4:30 pm Approximate return from cemeteries.
4:30 - 5:30 pm Cocktail hour5:00 - 5:30 pm Approximate time that food should be ready to serve.9:00 pm Canteen closing time.
